You must be at least 18 years old to use TrexData. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate registration information

4 Wallet & Payments

TrexData operates a prepaid wallet system. You must fund your wallet before purchasing services. By funding your wallet, you agree that:

• Wallet funds are non-transferable to other users
• Wallet balances do not earn interest
• Withdrawals are subject to our withdrawal policy
• We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraud

5 Services

TrexData provides airtime top-up, mobile data bundles, electricity bill payments, and cable TV subscriptions. Service availability depends on third-party providers. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service without prior notice
• Update pricing at any time
• Limit service access in cases of suspected abuse

6 Refund Policy

If a transaction fails due to a provider error or system issue, your wallet will be automatically refunded within 24 hours. For manual refund requests, please contact support with your order ID.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on TrexData:

• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Reselling services without written authorization
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack our systems
• Providing false information during registration or transactions

8 Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or our platform. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TrexData after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
